Announcing CCV FUND II.

After deploying $2M into 11 regional startups under our first fund, we are back with a renewed leadership team, extended commitment to a broader Central Coast region, and even bigger goal to deploy $5M across the hottest startups from Santa Cruz down to Ventura.

We’re aiming to deploy $5M in total for Fund II across both committed capital and co-investment goals. Initial startup investments will generally be in the $200k range with a sizable portion of the fund reserved to invest in later rounds for the best performers.

Increased focus on growth industries unique to the Central Coast with enhanced deal sourcing based on Fund I learnings.

Building on what has worked in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara by extending north to Santa Cruz and south to Ventura for greater access to investors, startups, and networks.

Revised fund management structure and new Fund II GP team with regional and SME focus for broader reach into new regions and industries.

CCV Fund II is still a partner-led fund that welcomes passive LP investors while providing ample opportunities for active LP involvement through local investor events, and as a co-investor, diligence participant, startup advisor.
